How long does delivery take?
From 5 to 10 business days, depending on the product you purchased and your location.
Due to the large geographical span, the shipping time of some orders in the following countries may be extended to 14 to 20 business days:Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Czechia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Hungary , Usa, noth americas , south americas and asia
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Please note that if you use the shipping address of the logistic company to deliver parcels to other regions or countries, the extra costs incurred need to be borne by you.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase] for [a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.]
To make a return:

- Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
